本年度的調(diào)查將于2017年8月22日-11月4日期間展開。對于參加調(diào)查的理光客戶,我們會聯(lián)系您并耽誤您25分鐘的時間來完成此次調(diào)查。

Annual Customer Satisfaction Survey is one of Ricoh's ongoing efforts to listen to our valued customers and to build great relationship.
This year's survey will be conducted between 22 August and 4 November 2016. A selected sample of our valued customers will be contacted for a 25-minutes survey.
